$150 per 55-minute session
Support for individuals working through anxiety, eating disorders, identity issues, relationship concerns, and emotional healing.
💑 Marriage Counseling
$190 per 55-minute session
$250 per 90-minute extended session
Ideal for couples seeking support with communication issues, infidelity recovery, emotional disconnection, sexual issues and more.
🍽 Meal Support Sessions
Meal support is a vital part of recovery for individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, or anxiety around food. These sessions are designed to provide emotional support, accountability, and structure around meals—all within a safe, therapeutic environment.
🧠 What to Expect
Meal support sessions take place virtually and are tailored to your unique recovery needs. During these sessions, I will:
- Join you before, during, or after a meal or snack
- Provide grounding tools and emotional support
- Help process distressing thoughts or food-related fears in real-time
- Encourage a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to eating
These are not full therapy sessions but rather a focused time for support and guidance around nourishment.
💵 Rates
- 30-minute session – $50
- 45-minute session – $75
- 60-minute session – $100
Discounted packages available for ongoing meal support—please inquire for options.
Meal support can be offered in conjunction with regular therapy or as a standalone service depending on your goals. These sessions are especially helpful for clients working toward food neutrality, nutritional restoration, and emotional safety around eating.
💬 Accessibility & Sliding Scale
I believe therapy should be accessible to all. If finances are a burden, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need, and I’m happy to discuss flexible options with you.
💵 Payment & Insurance
- I am currently a cash-pay provider only.
- I do not accept insurance at this time.
- Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards through a secure online platform.
- While I am not in-network with insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
